There comes a moment… quiet at first… then louder…

You’ve done what you were supposed to do.
You’ve shown up. Held it together. Kept going.

But something inside you knows…

And here’s the truth most women never hear:

You’re not stuck.
You’re just in the same place that created this version of you.

I know this feeling… because I’ve lived it. 💜

For most of my life, I stayed in the same place.
Same environment. Same patterns.

And no matter how much I wanted more… nothing really changed.

Then life hit hard.

I lost both of my parents… and three of my siblings—all younger than me.

At one point, I didn’t even recognize my own life anymore.

I felt lost. Alone. And honestly… undone.

At 60, I made a decision.

I couldn’t become someone new in the same place that held my old story.

So my husband and I left Vermont… and moved to Myrtle Beach. 🌊

New place. New energy. New environment.

And something inside me started to shift.

Not overnight. Not perfectly.

But slowly… I started to feel like me again.

And what I realized was this:

It wasn’t just about where I lived.

It was about what surrounded me.

What I saw every day.
What I allowed into my world.

Even digitally. 💻

Because your environment shapes everything:

What you believe is possible.
Whether you move… or stay where you are.

That’s why I created this space.
